When a merchant installs Prepaid Discount, we store only:
We do not collect, store, or process any customer personal data (names, emails, addresses, order history, etc.). The app only reads the payment method a customer selects and the discount amount applied to a cart at checkout — it never sees or stores personally identifiable customer information.
Your shop's access token is used solely to operate the app's own features: creating and updating the discount code you configure, and reading/writing the app's own settings metafield on your shop. We do not use your data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers below.
Shop session data is stored in a Postgres database hosted by Neon, accessed only by this app's own backend, hosted on Vercel. Your voucher settings are stored as a metafield on your own Shopify shop — you can view or delete it at any time via Shopify's own admin.
When you uninstall the app, your shop's session/access token is deleted immediately. Your voucher settings metafield and any discount codes created by the app remain on your shop (as your own Shopify data) unless you remove them yourself.
Since this app doesn't process customer personal data, there is no customer data to request or delete. If you're a merchant and want your own shop-level data removed, contact us at the support email below and we'll delete it promptly.
